😎Incentive Alignment
Your Subnet is competing for MOR stake with all other Subnets. This makes it important to align with MOR token holders and offer them various incentives to stake to your project.
Morpheus Ecosystem Incentive Alignment
Builder Subnets attract MOR stakers though incentives alignment. The visual below shows how you can increase alignment with the ecosystem and attract more stakers to your subnet.

Building Agents
Enabling Smart Agents to flourish is core to the long-term vision of Morpheus and is addressed in the Morpheus Whitepaper and Yellowpaper.
Teams that are focused on Building Individual Agents or Agent Launchpads will naturally be viewed as significant contributors.
Share Rewards
One way to align with your stakers is to offer them a percentage of your rewards.
Use Morpheus Compute
Morpheus Compute Providers aim to serve Morpheus Builders. Morpheus Builders that are consuming Morpheus Compute will be able to attract more stakers in that they are contributing to the agent-compute marketplace in a direct way.
Bring Community
Morpheus is for everyone. Builders that bring their networks and communities into the Morpheus ecosystem will attract more stake as they enable community growth.
Airdrops
If your project has a token or you plan to launch a token, offering stakers eligibility to an airdrop program is a great way to grow your community.
The Venice AI project is a great example of a project which airdropped tokens to the Morpheus community and has attracted significant stake to their project. You can read more about the Venice airdrop here.
Use MOR20
The MOR20 Fair Launch mechanism was developed by the Morpheus open source community and used to launch the Morpheus project. If you project uses these smart contracts to launch your token, you are helping contribute to the MOR20 Fair Launch standard by using the smart contracts and providing feedback to the maintainers.
You can use the Morpheus no-code deployment dashboard to deploy your on MOR20 token here.
Open Source Contributions
The Morpheus community believes in open source. Projects that are release open source code or contributing to the many open source repositories on Morpheus will be able to attract more stake to their subnets. Some Morpheus maintainers may stake to your subnet just to support the development and release of open source software your team is working on.
