chevron-rightHow can I become a capital provider?hashtag

You need to deposit stETH into the Morpheus Smart contract on Ethereum mainnet.

chevron-rightHow can I deposit stETH?hashtag

You can visit Morpheus dashboard https://dashboard.mor.org/arrow-up-right to deposit stETH and stake your rewards.

chevron-rightWhich chain should I supply capital?hashtag

Currently it's Ethereum mainnet. The list of chains and assets will be expanded over time.

chevron-rightWhat is the address of the smart contract for deposits?hashtag

You can find the link on Smart Contracts page.

chevron-rightWhat is stETH?hashtag

stETH is a yield-generating token that represents an Ethereum token that is staked in Lido.

chevron-rightHow do I get stETH?hashtag

stETH can either be minted directly through Lidoarrow-up-right or bought on exchanges.

chevron-rightHow does Morpheus benefit from my deposit?hashtag

The protocol utilizes yield generated by stETH to create Protocol Owned Liquidity. The yield is used to buy back MOR from the open market, combine it with the wETH, and add it to the liquidity pool.

chevron-rightIf I stake my stETH, do I get it back, or is it converted into MOR?hashtag

It’s not converted into MOR; the protocol takes only the yield generated. You can get back the full amount of stETH you deposited after 7 days of the initial lockup.

chevron-rightDo I bear the risk of impermanent loss?hashtag

No, there is no impermanent loss risk. You withdraw the same amount you deposited.

chevron-rightIs there a minimum or maximum amount of stETH one can deposit?hashtag

The minimum deposit amount is 0.01 stETH, and there is no maximum contribution limit.

chevron-rightDo I have to pay fees?hashtag

Yes, you do. Since the claim transaction is generated on the Ethereum blockchain, and the MOR rewards will be received on the Arbitrum chain.

chevron-rightHow quickly will I receive my tokens?hashtag

After confirming the claim transaction, you will receive your tokens within a few minutes.

chevron-rightIs deposited stETH locked?hashtag

It is not locked. You are free to withdraw at any time after the 7-day initial lock-up period.

chevron-rightWhy is there a 7-day lock-up period for deposit?hashtag

This measure was introduced to avoid people gaming the yield timing, as the protocol rewards in advance from the moment you deposit, with yield generated once a day.

chevron-rightWhen does the staking for stETH end?hashtag

There is no cutoff date. Emissions are a built-in feature of the protocol and will continue indefinitely.

chevron-rightFor how long should I deposit stETH?hashtag

It’s completely up to you. You can deposit for days, weeks, months, or years. While your stETH is deposited and contributes yield, it earns you MOR rewards.

chevron-rightHow do rewards distribute?hashtag

24% of MOR emissions are designated for capital providers and divided proportionally to a user's share in the total deposited stETH pool multiplied by Power Factor from rewards staking.

chevron-rightHow can I claim my rewards?hashtag
  1. Visit Morpheus Dashboardarrow-up-right and switch to Ethereum mainnet.

  2. Connect the wallet you used for stETH deposit.

  3. Check the MOR claimable amount and click the "Claim MOR" button.

  4. Input the address you want to receive MOR tokens on the Arbitrum chain.

  5. Sign the transaction.

chevron-rightAre there any limitations for MOR reward claims, like token lock or vesting?hashtag

There are no limitations other than Capital Providers have a default 90-day claim delay for MOR rewards. Each time a user deposits stETH, they are able to claim their MOR rewards after 90 days, unless they choose to stake for a longer period. Subsequent claims are also be available every 90 days following each claim or deposit.

chevron-rightWhere can I check my MOR earnings?hashtag

You can see them at Morpheus Dashboardarrow-up-right when connecting your depositing wallet.

chevron-rightHow many MOR tokens can I get by depositing 1 stETH?hashtag

It is a dynamic value that depends on the ratio of your contribution to the total amount of deposited stETH and MOR rewards staking period. You can check it on one of the community websites:

chevron-rightWhat is the reward APR?hashtag

Current APR can be seen at:

chevron-rightIs there a minimum or maximum amount of MOR I can claim?hashtag

You can only claim the full amount of accrued rewards.

chevron-rightHow often can I claim MOR rewards?hashtag

The MOR token is accrued with every Ethereum block, meaning if your MOR rewards are not staked, you can claim every 12 seconds, but each time you make a “Claim” transaction, you will need to pay a fee.

chevron-rightDo I lose earned MOR rewards if I decide to withdraw stETH?hashtag

No, you don’t, but you will not earn rewards any longer as you are not providing the capital anymore.

chevron-rightHas the contract I deposit stETH into been audited?hashtag

Yes, both the community and a dedicated auditor have reviewed the Smart Contracts. See the reports on Security Audits page.

chevron-rightHow is the stETH deposit contract managed?hashtag

There are 5 of 9 multisignatute account managed by community-trusted open-source contributors. The multisignature address is MOR.ETHarrow-up-right.

chevron-rightWhat are the risks of providing capital?hashtag

There are always risks with smart contracts like bugs or vulnerabilities. To ensure a high level of security, the contracts have undergone multiple levels of audits, including community audits, cybersecurity company audits, and a public bug bounty campaign. Security reports are available on Security Audits page. That's also why the Protection Fund, 4% of emissions, exists.

chevron-rightWho should I contact if I encounter difficulties?hashtag
